You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@thefly.com from the email address associated with your account.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time before the next billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through that date. No refunds are issued for the current month.
Annual subscribers are entitled to a pro-rated refund less the annual discount if the account is canceled within the first 30 days of the yearly cycle. Pro-ration is calculated at TheFly's standard monthly rate for the time accessed.
To request a refund, annual subscribers must email support@thefly.com within 30 days of the start of the annual cycle, from the email address associated with the account. Refund requests received after the 30-day window will not be honored.
Annual account cancellations beyond the first 30 days are not entitled to refunds. Access continues through the end of the paid annual period.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or automatic renewal laws.
